Four rules we do not break
01
Every house is walked twice
Once before dusk, once two hours after. If the second walk contradicts the first, we say so in the listing rather than in the viewing.

We photograph, we do not stage
No borrowed furniture, no rendered skies, no digitally added lighting. What you see in the photograph is what was switched on that evening.

The register stays closed
Listings are shown to named buyers. Nothing we represent appears on a portal, and nothing is syndicated.
04
We decline more than we accept
Roughly one in nine properties offered to us is taken on. The rest are turned down politely and without an invoice.

Twelve years, briefly
