Nine metres, uninterrupted

The principal room runs the full southern face of the building with no structural interruption, a decision that pushed the entire column grid to the perimeter and cost the developer two months of engineering. It is the only apartment in the building arranged this way.

A private terrace wraps two sides. The residents’ garden, two hundred metres below, is maintained under the building’s service charge and accessible only from the two upper floors.
